A Dallas Morning News editorial asked, “Who’s vetting the apps and websites kids are using for school?” The editorial argues that the State should be reviewing the materials districts are using for remote/distance learning. We agree that those materials should be carefully reviewed, but is the State the best entity to do those reviews?
